INTRODUCTION

In this module, you will learn how to establish a strategic end-to-end collaborative change process.

OBJECTIVE

At the end of this program participants are expected to:

  • Highlight the identified problem and generate an issue.
  • Validate the issue, determine the type of resolution required and initialize the Change request.
  • Create an Impact Analysis for each functional domain and engage the right level of contributors.
  • Start the evaluation and assessment (scope and effort) of the change.
  • Engage the Change and Control Board (CCB) to review the full scope and effort impact and approve the Change Request.
  • Orchestrate and plan the change and set dependencies between different Change Actions (CA).
  • Implement the change and work under Change Action.
  • Validate and approve the change.
