HOW DOES THIS APP DISPLAYS THE DATA FROM ENOVIA SERVER?
The app you download from the App Store (or) Play Store comes with the demo data. This is to give you the feel of the app. However, if you want to access your actual ENOVIA data, you need a Mobile Gateway Server in your organisation. You could contact the App Dev team from the below section for further details.
WHAT IS THE INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MOBILE GATEWAY?
The mobile gate way is technically an application server (Tomcat Server) with the secured socket layer (SSL) enabled. This tomcat server interchanges the data between your ENOVIA 3DSpace Server and the client side app. For the technical specifications of the gateway server, please contact the dev team via contact form below.

The app provides various handy features to access ENOVIA from your mobile or tablet. You could approve your inbox tasks, update project task status, create issues in offline mode, participate in discussions on documents and drawings. The app has a local database on your device and keeps you with the latest data even when you are away from the network.
HOW OFTEN ARE THERE UPDATES TO THE APP?
The app gets updated in both iOS App Store and Google Play Store periodically. We make sure the app updates does not affect your mobile gateway. If there is an update required for the mobile gate way, your Admin team will be contacted by us.
