The OLIGO Lichttechnik GmbH – surface controls look back on a very successful participation at the international trade fair Metaltech from 21 to 24 May 2014 in Kuala Lumpur. Issued in cooperation with the new Distributor Mawea Industries, products found a keen interest in the numerous visitors of the stand.

The highlight was the ColorMatchingOptic CCO in combination with the latest generation of 3.15 controller with TFT touchscreen display.

This new controller has many advantages for manufacturers and suppliers in the automotive industry:

  • Faster and easier visualization of errors
  • Optimization of production processes and increase of productivity
  • Improved workplace ergonomics through greater location independence of the employee (Windows ™ tablet with Wi-Fi)

Strong interest also reigned supreme at the demonstration of the surface control optics LPS50 and LPS100 with patented lens prismatic panels for glare reduction. This can be adjusted by dimming to the optimal lighting for the object to be tested. Thus, eye fatigue is reduced and additionally lowered energy costs.

The numerous discussions confirmed the claim of the OLIGO surface controls to be a competent partner for surface inspection systems, color matching systems and machine vision worldwide. Development, planning, design, installation and service – in OLIGO Lichttechnik GmbH – surface controls, you get everything from one source – MADE IN GERMANY.

We thank you for the interesting discussions with all visitors to the booth, especially with Dato ‘Dr. Mohd Azhar bin Hj Yahaya, Deputy Secretary General (Policy) from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) and we are already looking forward to the next Metaltech.
